When you have been let down, misled, or mistreated it can be hard to trust! However, being distrustful has a way of making us feel isolated and alone. If you are not yet ready to trust others begin by cultivating trust with the Spirit, the Unconditional Love of the Universe, and your Higher Self. Spirit never lies, the Love of the Universe never turns cold, and the Higher-self never abandons us. With a little practice, you will be able to find the courage to be soft-hearted with others again.
Consider journaling about times when listening to your intuition led to your greatest good, working with sodalite for trust and iris for faith, and manifest the very best!
