Feelings aren’t facts, so if you are feeling stuck today, know that you are free to change your surroundings, change the company your keep, change your pace, and most importantly change your mind! “Stuck” “Trapped” and “Hopeless” are all states of mind, and even if you haven’t consciously chosen to see things this way it is never too late in the day, week, month, or year to choose to be free.

Consider going for a walk in nature or doing a nature-based guided meditation, working with kyanite to remove mental obstacles, and peppermint for clarity and manifest the very best!
