How can you benefit from healing crystals?
The common practice is to place healing crystals on or near the body during meditation, mindfulness, or resting periods. Typically, placing them on the chest, abdomen, and lower abdomen will be most effective and efficient.
What if you are active throughout the day, or your crystals are meant to help you with an active task like a job search? I provide you with velvet pouches that you can place in your pocket or bag and carry with you on the go.
Remember, some crystals can be counter-productive to your intentions. For instance, the insomnia crystal pouch available will not be helpful if you carry them to class or have them in your pocket during a long meeting, and may make you feel a bit drowsy and "over" calm.
Another helpful alternative is to set your crystals out in a grid or a glass or crystal bowl. When you are using crystals in this manner, either in the workspace, living space, or sleep space, you will want to add an amplifier, like selenite points, towers, or bars, or a rock quartz cluster or points, large tumbled and raw pieces work as well.
If you are using your crystals as a nighttime aid, you can place them in the pouch under the pillow or use a grid or a bowl in your bedroom.
Sometimes I do recommend bathing in your crystals, but it is best to err on the side of caution and only do so with crystals in the quartz family, for instance:
